Return Policy

Providing Elite Customer Service is a part of our DNA here at Hardbacks; every day we strive to provide our clients with an experience that will leave a lasting impression. If for some reason we fail to meet that standard, and your purchase was made within the last 30 days, please feel free to submit a Refund Request to refunds@hardbacks.com.

Once your Refund Request has been received, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email to return your purchase. After we have received the product and conducted an inspection, you will be notified that your Refund Request has been completed; you should anticipate payment within 5-7 business days based upon your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

If for some reason the product was damaged in shipping, we will replace the item with one of equal or lesser value, or provide a refund once the item has been returned.
